Why Corinna?

I write marketing content for digital health and healthcare organizations.

My unique combined background as a patient advocate and a marketing communications professional enables me to produce well-researched, engaging content that connects with and motivates patients, their caregivers, and other decision makers.

Unlike most content writers, I get beyond the buzzwords and clichés to tell the story behind how digital health and healthcare improves the lives of real people.

Whether you need blog posts, case studies, press releases, social media posts, website copy, or some other kind of marketing content, I can help you with that.

Why work with me?

  • I understand the realities of living with a chronic illness.

Because of this, I write content  with an first hand understanding of patient and caregivers needs. This understanding has grown out my personal experience living with type 2 diabetes.

I am also an active member of the diabetes online community and an active patient blogger. Online I’ve written about everything from day-to-day challenges to the impact of health policies on the individual.

  • I’ve experienced the benefits of digital health and healthcare.

In managing my own life with chronic illness I’ve used and benefited from cloud-connected devices and telehealth platforms. So I can communicate how digital health and healthcare can directly and materially improve the patient’s quality of life.

  • I have strong research skills and a proven ability to address complex topics in a clear, approachable manner.

Google is our friend, but so is PubMedMedilexicon, and Medscape. One of my clients commented that “Corinna has a firm grasp of technology” and another praised me for my “outstanding ability to research and retain information.” About my writing another client said, “Reading it feels like getting real-talk advice from a good friend.”

  • My marketing communications experience spans health, tech, and regulatory.

With over a decade of marketing experience, I’ve worked for industry, government, and nonprofit organizations. In my various roles I’ve successfully researched and written content for a wide range of products and services—everything from tech and health to policy. And I’ve produced marketing content in a lot of different formats—everything from blog posts and website pages to press releases and email sequences.
